Effects of AB3088 on Landlords

Under the newly enacted AB3088, Landlords need to serve several different types of documents to their tenants who miss a rental payment for a given month, depending on whether the missed rent is during a "Protected Period" or "Transition Period". Further, the standard 3-Day notice has now been substituted with a 15-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit.
